One day King ordered his subordinates to bring a tailor in front of him. The king wanted a suit that was stitched without using needle and thread. He explained the same to the tailor and ordered him to bring a suit the very next day and also said that if he didn't complete the task, he and his family would be executed. Tailor went back to his house and explained the scenario to his wife. They both became very upset. Tailor went to the riverside to wash clothes and while washing he started crying as that was their family's last day. Guru Gorakh Nath was passing by the river and heard his crying. He asked the tailor about their sorrow. The tailor explained everything to Guru Gorakh Nath.

After giving a cloth to a tailor, Guru Gorakh Nath instructed him to wash that cloth with mitti. Tailor was confused but he followed the instruction of Guru Gorakh Nath Ji. Guru Gorakh Nath Ji became happy with his honesty and made the suit as per the King's requirement by using his spiritual powers. Tailor said, " Baba when the king asks me how I completed this suit then what should I say? He will execute me." Guru Gorakh Nath Ji said " Narrate the whole story in front of the King." Tailor asked " What if he considered this scenario as false? He will execute me. " Guru Gorakh Nath Ji said "Bring him to me. I will meet you on this same place". He fell on the feet of Sadhu and went back to his home. On the next day, he appeared in front of King and gave him the suit he ordered. When King saw the suit, he was shocked and enquired from the tailor. Tailor narrated the whole story of Guru Gorakh Nath Ji's magic(Chamatkar).

King showed his interest in meeting Sadhu and also said that if the narrated story came false then I would cut off my head at that point. Tailor brought King to the river where Guru Gorakh Nath Ji promised to be present. Raja bent down on his knees when he came in front of Guru Gorakh Nath. He requested Nath Ji to make him his disciple. But Guru refused his request saying that to become a Sadhu, one has to sacrifice each and every thing including wealth and property and a king cannot make these sacrifices. Goria was ready to perform these sacrifices. So, Guru Gorakh Nath instructed him to meditate there and wait for his next arrival. After that Guru Gorakh Nath left.

Guru arrived at the same place after a long period of 12 years and looked for King Goria. He didn't find Goria there then he called out "Hey Rajan!". Then Goria responded to him from inside a mound of earth. After that Guru Gorakh Nath lifted Goria out of the mound of earth with his hands. Then Guru Gorakh Nath took Goria with him to his ashram, and after much rigorous tapasya and siksha, Guru Gorakh Nath gave him the name Sidh Goria. After completeing siksha, Guru Gorakh Nath sent his disciple to beg for Bhiksha.

Walking underground, they reached Salehar village and emerged from a well. They asked the women drawing water from the well, "Hey Matey! Which way is for Swankha village?" One woman showed them the way. Sidh Goria, while begging for Bhiksha, reached Shahzadpur village.

It is said that when Baba Sidh Goria arrived at Shahzadpur, he saw some Brahmin working in the fields. Baba Sidh Goria asked them, "What crop is this?" Mocking him, they replied that it was weeds(Deela, Kaayi). As soon as Baba left, all the wheat crops turned into weeds. Since then, the people of that village have been afflicted with skin diseases. They are not allowed to drink water from Swankha village. Consuming water from Swankha village causes their skin diseases to worsen. To reduce the impact of this disease, the people of Shahzadpur visit Baba's shrine every Sunday and during the annual fair to offer their Seva and contributions.

As Baba Sidh Goria Nath Ji walked, he reached Swankha village. Seeing the seated Bogal Rajputs, he shouted out, "Aalakh" and said, "Give milk to the Sadhu." The Bogal Rajputs started laughing loudly and one of them jokingly said to Baba, "If you want milk, go to Ditto Brahmin's house. He has plenty of cows and no shortage of milk there. You will get milk there" Although the Bogal Rajputs knew that Ditto Brahmin was very poor, with no clothes to wear or food to eat.

Baba Sidh Goria Nath reached Ditto Brahmin's house, shouted out, "Aalakh" and called out, "Hey Maatey, give me some milk" Then, from inside the small hut, Mata Mathra said, "How can I come out, Baba? I have no clothes on my body, and we have only one cloth that my husband is wearing while begging." Baba Sidh Goria threw his towel inside the hut and said, "Maatey, wear this." Mata Mathra wore the cloth brought a little grain left in the mill and gave it to Baba. Then Baba Sidh Goria said, "Maatey, I don't need anything in Bhiksha except milk." Mata Mathra told Baba Sidh Goria, "Baba, rest here for a while. By then, I will go to someone's house and get milk for you."

Mata Mathra started asking for milk from house to house in the entire Swankha village, but no one gave milk to the elderly mata. Disappointed, she started returning home, sitting on the way, crying, and said to God, "Hey Bhagwan, today is my pariksha. A saint has come to my house and I don't have milk to give him. If the saint goes empty-handed from my house, it will be a great sin for me."Suddenly, Mata Mathra's milk started flowing, filling the container she had taken to collect milk. She returned home and gave the milk to Baba Sidh Goria to drink. After drinking the milk, Baba Goria said to Mata Mathra, "Maatey, this milk doesn't taste like cow's milk, buffalo's milk, or goat's milk. So, Maatey, whose milk is this?"

Mata Mathra thought that she couldn't lie to the Sadhu, so she decided to tell the truth. She told Baba Sidh Goria Ji everything honestly. Baba Sidh Goria, pleased, said to Mata Mathra, "Maatey, you have given me your milk, so from today, you are my Dharam ki Mata." After that, Baba Sidh Goria became the son of Mata Mathra and Baba Ditto and started living with them. There, Baba Sidh Goria sat under a dry peepal tree, placed his seat, and invoked the name of his Guru Gorakh Nath, causing the dry peepal tree to turn green. Seeing this miracle, the village head, the Bogal Rajputs, arrived there, and the entire Swankha village began to witness Baba's miracles. He started helping people by using raw threads and holy soil only.

Sometime later, someone informed Guru Gorakh Nath that his disciple Sidh Goria had started living as the son of Ditto Brahmin and Mata Mathra and was working for them. Hearing this, Guru Gorakh Nath became very angry and ordered Baba Bhairon, "Go, bring Ditto Brahmin and Mata Mathra to me as captives, and bring Goria too. Remove his ear ornaments so that Goria learns that a sadhu can never stay with a family." Hearing this, Baba Bhairon set out for Swankha.

When Baba Bhairon reached Swankha village, he saw that Baba Sidh Goria was grazing cows in the fields. Baba Bhairon said to Baba Sidh Goria, "Someone has complained to your Guru Gorakh Nath that you are living in someone's house as their son."

Then Baba Sidh Goria explained everything to Baba Bhairon and said, "I am bound by dharma, and I cannot leave my parents." Hearing this, Baba Bhairon said, "Goria, I will not go back either. I will stay here with you." (In Baba Siddh Goria's place, there is also a temple of Baba Bhairon where people fulfill their wishes.)

After a long time, Guru Gorakh Nath wondered why Bhairon had not returned with Sidh Goria. Then Guru Gorakh Nath himself reached Swankha village. Mata Mathra welcomed Guru Gorakh Nath and his disciples, offering them milk and telling them how Sidh Goria had served them as their spiritual son. Listening to all of Sidh Goria's deeds, Guru Gorakh Nath was very pleased.

Guru Gorakh Nath announced that it was time for Goria to take samadhi. Before taking samadhi, Baba Ditto and Mata Mathra said to Sidh Goria Nath Ji, "You had said that we are your spiritual parents and that you would always stay with us. How can you leave us alone now? If you must take samadhi, give it to us first." Then Baba Sidh Goria Nath gave samadhi to Mata Mathra and Baba Ditto, and then he took Jal Samadhi to the nearby pond.
